Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Manjushree Plastics online store and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Some items are sold in bundles (e.g. 1 bundle = 100 pieces) or by weight (per kg); the unit is shown on each product. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors in price or description.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example if an item is unavailable). Minimum order quantities apply to some products and are shown on the product page.

Delivery & freight

Delivery options and how freight is charged are described in our Shipping Policy. For "By Transport" orders, freight is paid by you to the transporter on delivery; for "By Courier" orders, courier charges are quoted and paid separately before dispatch.

Returns

Our returns and replacement terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Custom orders

Custom-printed and made-to-order packaging is produced to your approved specification and is not returnable. Minimum order quantities and cylinder/block charges apply as quoted.
