Delivery options

At checkout you pay for the goods (GST included). Freight is arranged after your order, and you'll always know exactly who you pay it to.

1. Pickup from store — Free

Collect your order from Manjushree Plastics, S.R.C.B. Road, Opp. Shri Digambar Jain Temple, Fancy Bazar, Guwahati 781001. We'll notify you when it's ready. Pickup hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00, Sun 10:30–12:00.

2. By Transport (freight "To-Pay")

Your goods are booked through a goods-transport company and you pay the freight to the transporter on delivery — the standard to-pay model. At checkout this is shown at ₹0. Tell us your preferred transport partner and destination station in the order notes and we'll book the LR accordingly.

3. By Courier (charges quoted after order)

For smaller or urgent orders. At checkout this is shown at ₹0. After you order, our team weighs/measures your parcel, shares the courier charge over WhatsApp or phone, and sends a secure payment link. Once the courier charge is paid, we dispatch and share tracking.

Returns, refunds & exchange

Because our products are made-to-spec packaging materials, we generally follow a no-return, no-exchange policy on correctly supplied goods. However, we stand behind what we ship:

• If an item arrives damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement.
• Claims for transport/courier damage should also be raised with the carrier at the time of delivery wherever possible.
