Returns, refunds & exchange

Because our products are packaging materials supplied to specification, we follow a no-return, no-exchange policy on correctly supplied goods. However, we stand behind what we ship:

• If an item arrives damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement.
• Claims for transport or courier damage should also be raised with the carrier at the time of delivery wherever possible.
• Custom-printed and made-to-order packaging is produced to your approved specification and is not returnable.
