Returns & Refunds

We want you to order with confidence. Along with our guarantee on defective products, we now accept returns on unopened products too.

7-day returns on unopened products

• You may return any product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, WhatsApp us at +91 70022 56544 or email sales@manjushreepack.com with your order number.
• Returns can be made by courier (send the parcel back to our Guwahati address, provided when you contact us) or in person at our store in Fancy Bazar, Guwahati.
• Return courier charges are borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• There is no restocking fee.

Defective or damaged products

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will replace the product or issue a full refund. For confirmed defects, we bear the return courier cost.

Exchanges

Unopened products may be exchanged for a different size or type within 7 days of delivery. Any price difference will be charged or refunded, and exchange courier charges are borne by the customer.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Items not eligible for return

• Opened or used packs of pouches, bags, tapes or other consumables (for hygiene and food-safety reasons).
• The Specialty Pouch Sample Kit (it is itself a trial product).
• Custom-printed or made-to-order items.
